Mr. Damian Bayne has been a fire Officer for the past twelve years, he is currently assigned to the Barbados Fire academy as Training Officer. His desire to improve professionally saw him enrolling and being successful in various areas of study such as Fire Service Inspector, Crew Manager and Watch Manager, his penchant for hard work contributed to him winning various awards throughout his career which includes the Best Recruit, Most Disciplined Award, Fire Officer of the Year Award among others.  Damian believes that without the correct attitude and discipline, ability and talent counts for nothing in the pursuit of success.
